school was as usual again... boring as eva...couldnt wait for it to end...aft school todae stayed back to try to figure out how to do the FC report...@ the library.. with chantel *mommy, of the tel-lets* and stella *sister CaRteL* we sat there and started to work on the report* argh.. due on tues* when to get reference books from the red spot, and tried to figure out wad the aim of the experiment was..haiz* ROse-gottlieb method and another one i forgot the name..* we started talking and drifted into juz talking abt our past and the friends we had...den the librarian went over to our table and told us to pipe down.. i guess we were really noisy...talking and laughing...haiz.. so embarrassing...yup...@ about 6 my dad came to pick me up to go for dinner.. @ the old airport food centre... had BBQ sting RAy.. sambal kang kong...yummy...den headed for judo...got thrown ard as usual....but todae's session was quite slack... did some groundwork with chris, got sQuashed as usual...ellbow's pain got worst!*shit i'm whining already* during Randori with trace...when i was trying to counter the attack i felt a cramp...it was the worst one i've had... on my calf...was like rolling on the mat in pain...den trace got worried...when i started to tear...DAMN pain! almost died-ed when my dad tried to stretch my leg...couldnt walk... haiz... den jane our therapist helped to ease the pain by winding some tape ard my calf, felt better...coundnt continue.. so juz sat @ the side...den had some ice applied to the cramps... i think during the warm up we din do much stretching....i'll get better tmr..
